Monitoring while game play shows that cpu and gpu utilization doesn't change while the fps drops. It seems to happen in spots where there might be asset loading happening. The game lacks optimizations for low and medium and it seems to be downscaling textures for those settings, which would be why vRAM usage is still pretty high at lower settings. Get this issue out of the way, and definitely we don't have a Crysis situation.
